Anna Spjuth appointed CCO at Scandic

Anna Spjuth has been appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer at Scandic, the largest hotel company in Nordic countries, effective October 1, 2020 and will be a member of Scandic’s Executive Committee. Anna comes with years of experience of working in the Nordic hotel industry.

Prior to her latest appointment, Anna served as the Senior Vice President at Comfort Hotel, part of the Nordic Choice Group, where she successfully managed the company’s commercial strategy, concept development and brand platform.

Previously she was responsible for concept development for the Brunkebergstorg project in Stockholm that included At Six, Hobo and Tak. She also has several years of experience as CEO at Yasuragi and General Manager within the Scandic Group.

Talking about her new role, Anna Spjuth said in a statement that she is extremely happy to be returning to Scandic in the new position and mentioned that Scandic is a strong company and a clear market leader with an attractive offering and unique culture.
