Arunachal CM appreciates Gujarat tourism model

On Monday, the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu, commended the model of Gujarat tourism and showed confidence that his state can repeat the same model type in giving a major boost to its financial system.

From Monday, the CM and his team, including the health minister of the state, Alo Libang, and members of his Community-based Organizations of the state, are on a recent Gujarat visit and they organized a one-to-one session with the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel. This was said in a recent release by the government of the western state.

In a tweet, the CM said their leaders and CBOs from various tribes got fantastic exposure all through the knowledge sharing gatherings, tours, and interaction sessions. By replicating the tourism model of Gujarat and building ecosystem for the growth and expansion of the tribal people, their state can profit efficiently.

Also, he expressed thankfulness for the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust for authorizing the tribal women by providing them training to drive Pink Autos and assisting them to get financially independent at Kevadia.

The CM called the GIFT City as a futuristic city constructed on the groundwork of sustainability which represents an extraordinary ecosystem for vital financial development.

The team is currently in Gujarat to learn about the success of this western state in healthcare, education, development of infrastructure, careful monetary management and tribal development, said the release.
