“As You Wish” Wedding Event at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou Wows

Making dreams come true is the driving force of every bespoke celebration in the elevated surrounds of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. Soaring 103 floors over the city and Pearl River, the Forbes Five-Star hotel held a special wedding open day on Saturday, March 5, 2022, inspiring couples to craft an uplifting expression of their love on a sunny spring day.

The open day is co-launched by top wedding planner Loveniwed while lining up another eight prestigious wedding expert teams – including photographer, videographer, gown designer make-up artist, and florist – to meet with hopeful couples, supported by the Hotel’s wedding specialists Blair and Tiffany, to help visualise their dream day at the “As You Wish” themed event.

The event was set at the promenade at the ground floor with glass ceiling façade that brings in plenty of natural light onto the green and white floral design to tone up the venue. In an atmospheric urban garden, two pretty fountains were perfectly placed to catch dreams and grant wishes, while the Hotel’s dramatic interiors set the stage for showcasing striking couture for women and men.

The prestigious wedding gown designer brand RoseQueen brings with them debut of BRIDAL VILLAGE, thriving among the new generations for their dazzling design. Also shown for the first time is CLARA 2022 fall collection, which is perfect for the grandeur of weddings in a castle.

A Dream Wedding Hotel

From the sky-lit lobby with its twin helix staircases – named one of the world’s top 20 hotel lobbies by Architectural Digest – the invitation at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou is to dream big. Whether bridal couples are seeking an intimate engagement party with diamond-framed panoramic views on the 99th floor or a gala ballroom banquet for up to 700, the Hotel’s function spaces offer a divine marriage of decadence and design.

The sense of expansiveness continues on the 103rd floor helipad, connecting guests to China’s third largest metropolis through breath-taking bird’s-eye views. Here, couples booking wedding parties of 31 tables or more can enjoy a complimentary photo shoot – including a 30-second video edit – and immortalise the magic of their sky-high nuptials.

Astonishing architectural detailing extends from the Hotel’s impressive surrounds into menus tailored to individual tastes by Italian-born Executive Chef Giancarlo di Francesco. As evidenced at the open day, the Hotel’s florists are equally dedicated to bringing personal preferences to vivid life: from designing avant-garde explosions of colour and form to echo the Hotel’s art collection to crafting delicate traditional bouquets as beguiling as the crystal chandeliers above.

Every moment of a bridal group’s stay is further elevated by seven stylish restaurants and bars, including the Michelin-starred Yu Yue Heen, the floating-on-clouds tranquillity of Hua Spa, and a 25-metre (82-foot) infinity pool with soaring city views from a windowed relaxation terrace. In addition, Four Seasons Lead With Care program allows everyone to relax in the knowledge that stringent health and safety protocols are followed throughout the whole property.

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top third of the 103-storey International Finance Center (IFC) in Zhujiang New Town, the new Central Business District.
