At the four-day international fair, short listed Iranian tour operators, travel experts, exhibitors, and craftsmen will run the pavilion at the event, confirmed the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts in a recent press release.
JATA, as per the organizers, is keen on promoting domestic, international, and inbound tourism. It draws more than 150,000 visitors every year annually. It’s compulsory for all the professionals in the sector.
In addition, the event provides debates, seminars, trade fair and great opportunities related to business.

The Islamic Republic hopes to gather the top prize from its innumerable tourist spots like museums, bazaars, mosques, bathhouses, bridges, madrasas, churches, towers, mausoleums, and mansions. Out of these, 26 are listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Iran is targeting to raise the number of arrival of tourists from 4.8 million in 2014 to 20 million in 2025, under the 2025 Tourism Vision Plan.
