Auckland tourism to shine with Waiheke Walking Festival

Native bush, pristine beaches, wonderful views and even the odd winery. If walking is your thing, the Waiheke Walking Festival, to be held at Waiheke Island, Auckland, is for you.

The Waiheke Walking Festival will commence on November 17 and run until November 25. This is a fantastic, free, nine-day event that takes place in November every year.

With approximately 50 walks covering a range of topics, terrain and duration there really is something for almost every age and fitness level.

There will be a team of guides and volunteers to ensure your Waiheke Walking Festival experience is one that will want you coming back year after year.
