Avis starts exciting road trips in Europe

During the summers, Avis is exciting many Asian travelers to book road trips to discover the Mediterranean.

Through a joint venture with Mediterranean Luxe, a partnership between tourism boards and travel providers, Avis for the second year at a stretch is providing clients instructions on road trips that will seize exclusive Mediterranean experiences.

In 2019, it has added Croatia, and the capital city Zagreb to many online guides that presents a line-up of Mediterranean Luxe partner countries including Spain, France and Monaco. To quote Avis Budget Group regional director leisure travel & partnerships, Asia Angeline Tang, “Our continued engagement with Mediterranean Luxe helps travellers discover and explore some of the region’s most scenic spots by road and helps guide them to the best routes to make the most of their trip.”

Avis Prestige offers luxury car rentals in Mediterranean Luxe partner countries providing vehicles like Audi or Mercedes-Benz.

Besides its comprehensive travel guides, that can be downloaded from the website, Avis offers customers with many recommended scenic routes, unexplored locations and driving rules for each country.

Avis has a guide to the recent destination to the partnership, Croatia, offering travelers a picturesque driving experience along the Adriatic Highway.

France
Avis provides travelers a different way to unravel varied landscapes, rich culture and stunning sights in France. The recommended journey highlights the beauty of the southern coast of France by starting in Montpellier and venturing through Nîmes, Provence, the seaside town of Toulon and Saint Tropez.

Spain
Avis suggests another road trip which is to the incredible Bay of Biscay that takes drivers right to the Spanish border starting from Bordeaux through the Parc Naturel Régional des Landes de Gascogne – a national park famed for its scenery and abundant birdlife.
