Bali International Convention Centre launches enhanced safety protocols

The Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) has enhanced its hygiene and safety standard to bring fresh excitement to the MICE (meetings, incentives, conference and exhibition) market. BICC stands as an unrivalled venue for global summits attended by heads of state, high-end corporate gatherings, business meetings, board meetings, small-scale presentations, social events, and weddings.

The recognised MICE venue has decided to adapt to virtual site inspections, high-tech event technology and thorough, frequent cleaning and sanitizing. It has also planned to make the most of its 10,000 sq. m. of space with redefined meeting setups. Social-distancing setups include theatre, classroom, boardroom, seminar and cluster style, any of which can be adapted to suit guests’ specific needs in up to 26 meeting rooms, 2,700 sq. m. of exhibition space, the ballroom and auditorium.

BICC will also work towards arranging enhanced virtual meetings using high-tech facilities. Outdoor venues, including the beachfront Temple Garden will also be available for guests to access. The renowned catering facility of the convention center including Coffee break, lunch/ or dinner options such as grab and go, individually portioned and wrapped food, semi-buffet, bento box and plated dishes, has also been reviewed and renewed to ensure safety and hygiene.
