Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, a British luxury accommodation is celebrating British Food Fortnight, focusing on the British and European local cuisines and the seasonal cuisines.
Continuing the hotel’s ongoing commitment to supporting local suppliers, the gastronomical platter features a selection of dishes using ingredients from across East Anglia.
The British Food Celebration menu will be available in the Hotel’s award-winning restaurant, Squires, from 8th to 10th September 2017.
British Food Fortnight is till now the largest annual, national celebration of British food and drink.
It was established in 2002 with a prime focus encourage the tourists to aware more on the British conventional cultures and the tourism destinations.
British Food Fortnight encourages everyone working in food and drink to come together and promote the benefits of buying and eating British products.

The kitchen team of British Food Fortnight is committed in sourcing the best local cuisines to generate flavourful dishes for the menus and the British Food Celebration menu is no different.
There is a variety of food ingredients from across the regions which are showcased on the food menu, which is including the goats’ cheese produced in Suffolk, Norfolk-grown beetroot and East Coast haddock.
