Belal started his career in his home country before pursuing better chances in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He brings a wealth of experience established in the executive role for many years, and a diverse background across the UAE and the Middle East along with specialist roles, openings, resort and complex management.
Belal in his new role will be leading the kitchen teams and the hotel’s entire culinary operations, which will include the hotel’s signature restaurant Certo, Chef’s House, Tamanya Terrace and media city’s favorite Sports Bar, Icon Bar. He will also look after the entire meeting and events operations, outside catering and in-room dining.
Born in Syria, Belal found his desire for cooking through his father and uncles.
Speaking about his appointment, Belal said: “I am very proud to embrace this new challenge and to be a part of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City family, I look forward to working with the team on new menus, events and to create unique and memorable dining experiences for our guests.”
