On Sunday morning after hitting a flock of geese an American Airlines flight 2163 from Boston to New York’s LaGuardia Airport returned to Boston.
At 10:18 Eastern time the airplane had landed safely, the flight had stared from Boston Logan International Airport at 10:08 am eastern time.
It had 99 passengers and four crew which boarded a replacement aircraft and took off at 11.52 as per an American Airlines spokesman Ross Feinstein.
Further there will be further evaluation of the Embraer E190 aircraft by the airline’s maintenance team .
