Brazilian Flavours Come Together with Argentine Gastronomy at Elena Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires

Elena Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires continues joining Latin-American flavours together on June 23, 2022 at 8:30 pm in a special dinner hosting the prestigious A Casa Do Porco from São Paulo, Brazil.

Juan Gaffuri, Elena’s Executive Chef, and his team welcome Chef Janaina Rueda from A Casa Do Porco, one of the best restaurants in the world according to Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants. Each dish will also be paired with wines by the prestigious winemaker Alejandro Vigil, with Ines de Los Santos leading the cocktail selection.

Brazil will bring its flavours together with Argentine flavours in a four-course menu that celebrates the Brazilian-Argentine union.

The menu consists of a first course in which snacks such as Tuscan croquettes and bresaola are included. Focaccia, butter and anchovies, smoked trout, chopped beetroot, pork tartare, cheek sushi, pancetta with spicy goiaba will be offered. Among the highlights of the second course are burratines and moutabel. Octopus, carpaccio shorthorn and low temperature egg and Mendoza tomato paste are also offered. As for the third course, the pacu, and capon lamb among others stand out. To finish, the dessert consists of chocolate, red fruits and mint. Each dish is paired with Casa Vigil wines and Ines de los Santos cocktails.

It is without a doubt, a celebration of Argentinian-Brazilian flavours that can’t be missed, an unforgettable night full of flavours and textures.
