Published on : Tuesday, July 18, 2017

british-airwaysBritish Airways is now going to cancel routes from Heathrow to the Norwegian cities like Bergen and Stavanger since they have ceased to be “commercially viable”.

Currently, these Norway routes operate daily.

But, British Airways would stop flying on them from 29th October, 2017. In its official statement, BA said that they had taken a decision to suspend flights to Stavanger and Bergen in Norway since both these routes are no longer commercially viable.

The final services would be on 28th October.

The statement also mentioned that any customer with a booking on these routes after this fate would be provided a full refund and also a chance to shift their booking to an earlier date. Also, they can be offered the chance to rebook with an alternative airline.

They expressed their apology for any inconvenience that the customers might face since some of their travel plans are likely to be impacted adversely.
