California to offer six “dream vacation” incentives for encouraging people to get vaccinated

California will offer six “dream vacation” incentives to encourage more people to get corona virus vaccinations.

California Governor Gavin Newsom made the offer on the eve of the state’s awarding of $15 million in cash prizes.

The incentives have been designed to boost the state’s vaccination rate with California easing most of its pandemic restrictions this week.

The latest promotion is also intended to jumpstart the Golden State’s travel and tourism industry after more than a year in virtual hibernation due to stay-at-home orders and travel restrictions.

Governor Newsom also said that this week he expects California’s workplace regulators to allow employees to “self-attest” that they have been vaccinated.
