To gear the administrative services, the management of Cameron House has boosted its operational team by appointing a guest relation manager, two wedding and special event planners, and a resort activities manager.
Louise Brodie fills the role of guest relations manager, the first of four positions at Cameron House. Brodie has an extensive experience by working in a similar role in Dubai, and as an award-winning receptionist at the Burj Al Arab hotel. Brodie will play a key part in identifying and implementing the hospitality enhancements, which will improve the guest experience.
Louise Brodie said that her work was particularly attracted to Cameron House because of its fantastic reputation within the industry, and to the role itself because as with any new role that she has the opportunity to make a difference and that is something very important to her.
Zoe Jordan and Hazel Stewart are in the new planning team for weddings and special events. Previously holding as the events and PR manager for Buzzworks Holdings, and bar manager for Lochgreen House Hotel, now senior planner, Jordan joins the team of Cameron House Resort with widespread knowledge in the hospitality industry. Stewart joins in the Cameron House from Queen Mary II Ocean Liner, where she worked as an events manager.
The fourth appointment is new activities manager, Calum Steel. He will be responsible for the running of all activities on offer at Cameron House, including the Segway tours, bike hire, guided walks and archery. Calum Steel has an experience of 10 years in working overseas at a five-star resort, while managing both in water sports and land-based activities.
