Camile Glenister appointed as the deputy director of tourism, Jamaica

Camile Glenister has been appointed to the role of deputy director of tourism, marketing, at the Jamaica Tourist Board by the Jamaica director of tourism, Donovan White.

Glenister holds more than 20 years of product, campaign and strategy development and digital media execution and had been a veteran in marketing communication.

White was pleased by the joining of Camile to the Jamaica Tourist Board,  considering their strong digital push, her appointment was timely and will further help them in making use of several technologies with greater effectiveness and mett the desired marketing goals.

Camile is an experienced digital marketer and her expertise will help them achieve more aggressive branding of their destination in a highly globalised and technology driven world.

In her most recent role she was responsible for international marketing with the Caribbean at Scotiabank. Here she implemented and executed a variety of integrated and multi-channel mass marketing and digital campaigns while leading the regional marketing team.
