Capella Singapore is proud to partner with renowned chef Mauro Colagreco to unveil a new restaurant concept slated to open its doors later this year at the award winning resort.
Chef Mauro is the chef-owner of the celebrated Mirazur, which received three Michelin Stars and ranked the top position on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ list in 2019. Mauro has a long list of accolades, including the establishment of Côte by Mauro Colagreco in Capella Bangkok in 2020, which was recently awarded with one Michelin Star in December 2021.
Capella Singapore and Mauro Colagreco are pleased to collaborate to create a new restaurant concept coming later this year. The cuisine will be influenced by Chef Mauro’s vision his life’s influences. With a strong link with nature, the restaurant will respect Mauro’s commitment the environment
Chef Mauro Colagreco said that they are excited to continue the collaboration with Capella Hotels with this new tailor-made concept for Capella Singapore. This new venture has been imaged by my life’s influences, mixing our know-how, our creativity and the taste for the good things that we’ve in common with Capella Singapore.

Coming later this year, Chef Mauro’s new restaurant will be situated where The Knolls is currently located. In preparation of the launch, the all-day restaurant offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes will be closed from 12 January 2022.
