The services can be directly accesses by the Traveloka app catering to different needs and it is as easy as purchasing flight tickets or other travelling needs.
Traveloka senior vice president of business development Christian Suwarna stated that Traveloka offers customers solution for their transportation needs through innovation and technology. The car rental service will be the next step in the manifestation of Traveloka’s commitment in providing world class travelling experience.
In11 cities namely Jakarta, Bali, Medan, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Palembang, Malang, Balikpapan, Surabaya, Semarang, and Bandung the car rental services will be available with all-inclusive package.
Traveloka has partnered with more than 100 car rental providers and its customers can select their car rental providers based on their needs this will include the desired car types.
As per Traveloka’s internal data the beginning of Ramazan is an ideal time for customers to plan a vacation and air transportation is the primary choice for the Eid homecoming trips. 60% prefer travelling by plane, 12 % on train and 2% on bus.
With more than 100 domestic and international airlines Traveloka is serving more than 200,000 routes worldwide. It provides flight, hotel, train, flight and hotel packages, activities and attractions, connectivity, airport transfers, and culinary directories.
