Carlson Wagonlit Travel appoints O’Brien as chief technology transformation officer

Rachel O’Brien has been appointed as the vice president  and the chief technology transformation officer of Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Andrew Jordan stated that Rachel is an expert in transforming organisations in a pragmatic way and will be driving a successful business strategy.

She will be instrumental in spurring a digital transformation by supporting their process, she is well equipped with the skill sets needed to deliver their promises.

O’Brien will be reporting to Jordan and will be assigned to govern, report measure and budget across the global travel management company.

In her earlier role with Santander UK, Pearson Technology, Penguin Group and NSC Technology she was responsible for digital transformation.

She last worked with the Ladbrokes Coral and was held with the responsibility of delivering technology, implementation of change and culture in their technology transformation.
