The new branding of Cathay Dragon was officially launched on 21 November, bringing the award-winning airline closer to Cathay Pacific in a launch that has provided customers with a more seamless travel experience across the airlines’ respective regional and international networks.
Cathay Dragon is deeply proud of its Chinese heritage, which is reflected by its inflight dining offerings that centres around contemporary Chinese cuisine.
This season, Cathay Dragon relaunches a selection of exclusive hot pot rice and traditional “Poon Choi in Mini Pumpkin” dishes, which will bring a special inflight dining experience to passengers.
Cathay Dragon cordially invites you to sample the new seasonal menu. The tasting session will be hosted by Cathay Dragon Head of Catering Aaron Claxton and his catering team. You will be able to learn more about the special characteristics of the seasonal menu and the concept of the menu’s design.
