Celebrate Global Wellness Day with Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North

Celebrate Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 10, 2023, with Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, offering two complimentary classes as well as healthy additions to the menu in Proof, an American Canteen.

“Living well is all about balance,” says Senior Spa Director Jaana Roth. “Global Wellness Day is a chance for us to recharge and reconnect, supporting our overall physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.”

Resort guests and local residents are invited to take part in the complimentary Global Wellness Day line-up of activities, including:

3:00 pm – Sound Bathing & Resiliency Reset – Pranayama breath practice is followed by a guided visualization meditation, utilizing essential oils, and concluding with refreshing scented, cooled towels and fresh juice shots.
4:30 pm – Yoga-rita Flow – Enjoy a flow yoga class, concluding with a “happy hour” complimentary margarita.

In celebration of Global Wellness Day, the Sound Bath & Resilency Reset and the Yoga-rita class experiences are complimentary and open to the public. Reservations are required.

Proof, an American Canteen, will offer complimentary wellness juice shots during breakfast service on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Additionally, the evening “Smokehouse Special” will feature a special wellness menu option, perfect for complementing a healthy lifestyle.

First celebrated in 2012, Global Wellness Day is a special day that reminds the entire world of the importance of living well, encompassing everything from exercise and beauty treatments, spiritual teachings and ways of thinking, to the harmony between body and spirit. This is a social movement without any commercial purpose, celebrated around the world on the second Saturday of June every year.
