Luxury landmark property Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is celebrating the summer in style on its leafy and flower-festooned al fresco space, On The Terrace. Expect the finest champagne from Dom Pérignon, including a unique pairing experience, as well as a new seasonal summer menu and a pop-up Park Lane Parlour serving delicious iced treats. Bring on the sunshine!
Perfect Al Fresco Pairings with Dom Pérignon
Champagne lovers can look forward to a unique experience, courtesy of Dom Pérignon. Choose from three different vintages by the glass, including a rosé 2006, each paired with exceptional canapés to enhance each champagne sip. Exquisite savoury choices include hand-dived scallop with oscietra caviar and peach carpaccio, and grilled octopus on a rose water tapioca cracker. Sweet creations include a passion fruit tartlet with caramelised banana and Jivara chocolate and raspberry choux. Pick a perfect vintage and accompaniment or upgrade to the luxe Dom Pérignon flight and experience all three vintages with a selection of complementing canapés.
In addition, On The Terrace offers an à la carte menu, perfect for al fresco dining, featuring light and summery dishes such as fresh-from-the-grill lobster, jumbo prawns and wagyu, burgers while cocktail connoisseurs should peruse Bar Manager Ivan Arena’s seasonal summer cocktail list.
The Park Lane Parlour
Also new for summer is the Park Lane Parlour pop-up dispensing refreshing iced tea in flavours ranging from The Rose (rosebud infused lemon juice and sugar syrup) and Lavender Field (lemongrass, ginger and lavender infused seed lip and elderflower cordial). It will also serve elevated ice cream sandwiches to eat al fresco or on-the-go while exploring the city or back at one’s desk. Created by the hotel’s exceptional Executive Pastry Chef Yam Lok Hin, choose from varieties including chocolate cookie with coffee ice cream, white chocolate cookie with strawberry ice cream and the matcha cookie filled with Earl Grey ice cream. What’s more, to celebrate Wimbledon, the Park Lane Parlour will also be serving up a smashing homage to the tennis tournament in early July with a tennis ball crafted from vanilla mousse, strawberry jelly and green tea biscuit.
