This holiday season, Changi Airport is set to enchant visitors with the return of the Changi Festive Village, marking its fifth year and celebrating Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary in an adorably unique fashion. From November 1, 2024, to February 16, 2025, travelers and Sanrio fans can immerse themselves in a whimsical world brimming with joy as Hello Kitty and her friends take center stage for a holiday season filled with cheer, fun, and cherished memories.
Visit Terminal 3 (T3) Departure Hall and be greeted by the Hello Kitty Festive Wonderland. The highlight is an impressive 8-meter-tall Hello Kitty topiary surrounded by her friends, including My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll, and Pompompurin. Thrill-seekers can also enjoy a ride down a spectacular 7-meter-long rainbow slide, adding to the excitement.
Throughout this celebration, fans can look forward to special weekend meet-and-greet sessions for memorable photo opportunities with their favorite Sanrio characters. To secure a meet-and-greet pass, spend S$50 (or S$80 in supermarkets and Jewel) in a single, same-day transaction at participating retail and dining outlets in Changi Airport’s public areas and reserve through the Changi App.
Adding to the festive ambiance, daily snow shows will transform the area into a winter wonderland, making every visit truly magical.
Explore Changi Airport’s terminals to find Hello Kitty and her friends spreading holiday joy throughout Terminals 1 to 4. Starting November 14, search for 15 unique Sanrio displays in public and transit areas, including Hello Kitty in a rickshaw and a spinning Pompompurin. Capture these delightful scenes for your perfect social media snapshots and enjoy the kawaii spirit throughout your journey.

Get ready to experience a carnival like no other with Hello Kitty and Friends at the T3 Arrival Hall. This charming event is divided into nine themed zones, each showcasing a beloved Sanrio character, including Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, Pompompurin, Pochacco, Hangyodon, and others. Visitors can capture unforgettable moments alongside life-sized figures of their favorite characters.
The carnival is packed with exciting games, photo booths, and rides. Try your luck at Sanrio-themed game booths to win exclusive character collectibles like plush toys, bags, and keyboards. Young adventurers can enjoy rides such as the “50th Celebration Grand Express,” where Sanrio characters are perched on a multi-tiered birthday cake, and riders receive special collectible pins (while supplies last). Workshops are also available for crafting personalized keepsakes, including crystal-filled hot-stamped bottles and decorated crystal domes.
Spend S$50 (or S$80 at supermarkets and Jewel) in one same-day receipt at participating outlets in Changi Airport’s public areas to receive five carnival tokens. Make your purchase with Mastercard or Changi Pay to get an extra five tokens. Tokens can be purchased via the Changi App, where you can also earn Changi Rewards points.
Located at the T3 Coach Bay, the Cosmic HydroPark is Changi Airport’s first inflatable water park. Visitors can navigate through an obstacle course featuring swings, trampolines, balance beams, and a giant slide. Water battles with water guns, rocking boat rides, and a tower climber await those looking for more adventure, while a kiddy pool offers safe fun for younger guests.

Located in the Departure Halls of Terminals 2, 3, and 4, these stores offer the cutest character merchandise. You can also explore pop-up shops in T3 for travel accessories, toys, and personalized gifts, perfect for last-minute shopping or self-indulgence.
From November 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, spend S$60 in a single receipt at Changi Airport, Jewel Changi Airport, or iShopChangi to purchase exclusive Hello Kitty and Friends merchandise. Mastercard and Changi Pay users qualify with just S$50 in a single receipt. Items include hand warmer cushions featuring Hello Kitty or Cinnamoroll for S$12.90 each, puffy bags with character charms in various colors for S$29.90, and Hello Kitty cabin luggage for S$49.90.
