Celebrate the Spring Season with the Return of Dinner Under the Stars at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

This spring, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore brings back a one-of-a kind al fresco pop-up dining experience to its fourth-floor terrace overlooking the harbor and city landscape.

On select Fridays and Saturdays throughout April 2022, the sought-after destination will transform into a cozy setting perfect for a romantic evening or a memorable family meal. Offering the ultimate rooftop dining experience for two to four guests, the intimate setting will feature strung bistro lights and basket lanterns illuminating the pool deck, music, and a specially crafted three-course menu by Executive Chef Norma Whitt. Guests can also enjoy various wines, as well as champagnes and handcrafted cocktails featuring spirits by Moët Hennessy.

The seasonally inspired three-course meal includes dishes such as Seared Scallops with pickled ramp, ramp green pesto, parsnip, and morels; the 72-hour Smoked Short Rib is comprised of bone marrow pain perdue, carrot, English peas, and black truffle jus; while the Tea Smoked Sablefish or Black Cod is complete with glazed spring vegetable, sunchoke purée, crispy sunchoke, and mustard flowers.

End the delicious meal with an indulgent dessert such as a creamy Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta topped with spring garnishes.

Available to both Hotel guests and locals alike, Dinner Under the Stars is available April 8, April 9, April 22, April 29, and April 30, 2022, beginning at 6:00 pm.
