Nairu kicks off the Chinese New Year with a specially-crafted set menu dinner for two guests by Chef de Cuisine Muhamad Nazlan available from January 24 to 30, 2020.
“Marking the start of spring, the Chinese New Year is the most prosperous holiday of the Chinese calendar. At Nairu we want to transport our guests to China for an authentic taste in the heart of Cairo,” says Chef Nazlan.
Along with drawing inspiration from his family recipes, Chef Nazlan brings Chinese signature items to the table. Menu items include yee sang, black fungus salad, dynasty soy grouper, stir-fried chili chicken, prawn cereal and young chow fried rice. For dessert, enjoy the chef’s selection of exotic fruits.
The Chinese New Year menu is offered at Nairu from 7:00 to 11:00 pm for EGP 750 per guest excluding beverages and subject to service charge and applicable taxes.
