Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus has earned a Wine Spectator award for the wine program of the Hotel’s main restaurant AQUA.

Honoured with Best of Award of Excellence in Wine Spectator’s 2021 Restaurant Awards, AQUA serves fish and seafood dishes with an international wine list of local and international wines, against stunning views of the Bosphorus. “We are incredibly proud to announce that AQUA is a recipient of Wine Spectator’s coveted Best of Award of Excellence once again,’’ says Sommelier Nebiye Kaya.

AQUA serves a premium selection of seafood dishes accompanied by a menu of 400 different types of wines. The menu also includes the exclusive signature wine, Chateau Kalpak Merlot 2012, offering a limited release wine experience.
