Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet, renowned for its impeccable service and magical atmosphere, offers a rich Valentine’s Day program featuring different options for couples to enjoy. Guests will be welcomed with special cocktails created by mixologists and then served a delicious six-course menu accompanied by a live music performance at romantically decorated tables at AVLU restaurant. The menu features citrus-marinated scallops and olive oil-based celery root with jumbo shrimp as starters, followed by duck tirit and then as main course, slow cooked beef flank or grilled wild seabass. And, “From the Heart of La Pistache,” an exquisite dessert made with pistachio mousse, crunchy ruby chocolate, warm wine and raspberry sauce, roasted rice ice cream, powdered rose petals, and crispy rice pudding, ends the dinner on a sweet note.

The Hotel will also offer a different experience in stylish domes for couples who wish to dine in an intimate and romantic setting on the evening of February 14, 2023. Guests will savour the special flavours prepared by Executive Chef Özgür Üstün and his team, accompanied by a bottle of champagne, in illuminated domes with iconic views of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet in the backdrop. As another option, Lingo Lingo Bar & Restaurant will serve a six-course menu featuring meze varieties from Anatolia and the Aegean, steamed langoustine salad, grilled octopus, sea bass şaşlık, and baba au rhum, citron for dessert, promising an unforgettable night accompanied by live piano music.

For an early celebration, Four Seasons Hotel İstanbul at Sultanahmet will serve a Valentine’s Day-themed brunch on Sunday, February 12, 2023. Guests will enjoy an array of buffet options along with a live performance of romantic songs by Mest Band.

Between February 1 and February 17, 2023, the afternoon tea service at the Hotel will keep the spirit of Valentine’s Day alive. The special afternoon tea menu, “We Belong Together,” will feature special tea and coffee options and delicacies, elegantly presented by Grace Brands.
