Chiara Ravara promoted as new Head of Sales & Marketing in Ryanair

Ryanir announced the appointment of Chiara Ravara as the new Head of Sales & Marketing, promoting her from her previous role as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.

She has worked with Ryaniar since 2014 and has joined from Aviareps in Italy. She will be spearheading Ryanair’s Sales and Marketing team and activities across 37 countries in Europe and North Africa.

Ryanair’s Marketing Operations Director, Matthias Wenk was pleased to promote Chiara Ravara as she brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to this role.She will manage the efforts of the Sales and Marketing team and continue to roll out the latest “Always Getting Better “customer experience improvement programme, and grow traffic, routes and tourism across Europe.

Chiara Ravara was delighted with the appointment during an exciting time with the launch of new programmes where Ryanair Rooms offer 10% Travel Credit, Ryanair Transfers, reduced checked-in bag fees and our punctuality promise.

She is looking forward to  new chapter in Ryanair.
