According to Raoul Jack, principal consultant at PFJ Maritime Chinese yards will be delivering as many as 15 ships per year by 2030 if it goes as per plan.

People want more diversified and high-end products for vacation. As per him cruise is the sunrise industry bringing huge social and economic benefits to China.
He further mentioned that it was not enough to secure ship call and homeport operations. While building cruise ship is an inevitable trend that China is already doing.
