Chris Redfern appointed by Lotus

Travel representation and PR company Lotus has announced the appointment of Chris Redfern as business development manager for Palladium Hotel Group.

For the Spanish hotel group he will be joining Joanne Peter as the second dedicated sales representative. This will bring the UK representatives to five that will include the PR and marketing team at Lotus.

Redfern holds more than 13 years of experience in the travel industry

Palladium, operates 50 hotels across five brands in six countries  and will launch a new brand called Bless Collection Hotels which is targeted at the contemporary market in Madrid set t launch this autumn.

Redfern will be working from Cheshire and his role will include the developing awareness and Knowledge of Palladium’s properties within the UK travel trade and increasing agency sales.

Nacho Gozalbo, commercial director for the UK, France and Scandinavia at Palladium mentioned that UK being a key market for Palladium Hotel Group and with a number of new developments in the pipeline they felt it was necessary add another dedicated sales representative.

Chris holds good knowledge of the brand and brings along his own strong agency network which is very important for  development.
