Coastal Mississippi hosting tourism and hospitality job fair and vaccination initiative

Next week, Coastal Mississippi is hosting a tourism and hospitality job fair and vaccination initiative. It’s an effort to help replenish and boost the tourism and hospitality workforce before the onset of the busy summer months. All tourism and hospitality jobseekers are invited to attend the fair. The event will take place at the Courtyard Marriot.

With assistance from the Mississippi Hotel & Lodging Association, Mississippi Gulf Coast Attractions Association and Mississippi Coast Restaurant & Beverage Association, the YOUR SHOT! Tourism & Hospitality Job Fair and Vaccine Drive will provide industry businesses with an opportunity to find, attract and engage qualified hospitality talent to fill current or future roles. It will also provide job seekers with the prospect of getting a one-time Johnson & Johnson vaccine on-site, or schedule an appointment for a vaccine, in partnership with Singing River Health System.
