In a major update, Emirates will deploy its newly retrofitted Boeing 777 and the next-generation A350 on more than 84 routes by July 2026. Notably, these upgrades include new daily services and expanded capacity to cities like Copenhagen and Phuket. A third daily flight to Cape Town will be operated by the cutting-edge A350 aircraft starting 1 July 2026, marking the introduction of Emirates’ latest aircraft type to this route.

Passengers flying between Dubai and Cape Town will now have the option to choose from Emirates’ iconic A380, the fully retrofitted Boeing 777, and the A350.
