Cunard cruises recently opened bookings for a new 2022 World Voyage on the illustrious Queen Mary 2. During the trip, the iconic ocean liner will make calls to Greece, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia and Bali, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Italy and Portugal.
Sailings through the Suez Canal would also be featured on both the outbound journey and return. The 104-night voyage will set sail from Southampton on January 10, 2022, and return around late April. It will include overnight stops in Haifa, Dubai, Hong Kong, Sydney and Singapore, alongside a late-night departure from Colombo.
Simon Palethorpe, President, Cunard said in a statement that he is aware that guests want memorable destinations which combine intrinsic glamour and heritage and hence the unique programme will span 16 countries, and offer a combined 33 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, which will combine the perfect blend of exploration on shore and relaxation on board.
He informed that the 104-night voyage can be split into six sectors and booked individually, tailored to those who want to fully immerse themselves in the Cunard experience for just a portion of the journey. He also mentioned that guests on board will be able to take advantage of a multitude of luxurious offerings whether they want to be entertained, learn something new, get active or simply relax, while the ambience throughout the ship will remain warm, friendly and inclusive.
