Da Nang city becomes 10 best places in the world

In the list, Da Nang city is the only Vietnamese destination to be found.

 
“Da Nang is third-largest city in Vietnam behind capital Hanoi and business hub Ho Chi Minh City. Were it not for the skyscrapers, bridges, malls, endless stream of motorbikes and the whir of air conditioners, today’s Da Nang could easily be 1960s Da Nang”, the magazine wrote.

 
Last year, Da Nang welcomed over 6.6 million visitors, an annual growth of 19 percent, and produced from tourism more than 19.4 trillion VND (853.6 million USD), up 20.6 percent from the year prior to 2017 and meeting 104.9 percent of the set target.

 
Also the online marketplace and hospitality service, Airbnb announced a list of the top 10 destinations in the world for 2018, in which Da Nang positioned fifth in booking surges of up to 255 percent.
