During this challenging time, skin health is more than ever a priority. For this reason, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze has collaborated with luxurious and innovative skincare brand BLACK PEARL, to launch a new project dedicated to improve healing and boost immunity of guests’ skin with “A Journey to Skin Health.”
Due to the impossibility for many guests to visit Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in person, the Spa worked to launch a personalised virtual program designed to empower its guests to skin health. Together with BLACK PEARL, The Spa team created a series of packages to suit different skin needs’ – Nourish, Body, Man, Maskne, Hydrate, Gold – that contain specific BLACK PEARL products and can be purchased and sent all over the world, including personalised virtual consultation sessions with the Spa’s highly skilled team of therapists.
“Stress strongly affects skin health, and this is why people are now focusing more than ever on how to take care of their skin in this challenging year. At the same time, our guests cannot visit us in person, and expressed the need of a professional consultation in order to improve their skin health,” explains Lucia Papalini, Spa Director. “For this reason, we created this unique program together with BLACK PEARL. Our main aim is to empower guests with the ability to nurture their own skin in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. We encourage them to engage with our skin health experts in an intensive and effective yet simple treatment program, which will be divided in different sessions, in order to track results and eventually change strategies. We are very proud of this new project and we hope this could be implemented furthermore in the future.”
