Travel And Tour World: Can you tell us about your properties and in which region they are situated? What is your main market?
Chris Negron: Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts is division of resorts owned by Grupo Piñero, and founded in 1995 with the opening of the Bahia Principe San Juan in the Dominican Republic. We now have about 27 Hotels & Resorts: in Palma de Mallorca and Tenerife (Spain); Riviera Maya (Mexico); Samaná, La Romana, Punta Cana, and Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic); and Runaway Bay(Jamaica). Our main markets are US, Canada, Mexico (golf) and European countries Italian and France.
Travel And Tour World: Since you are Head of Corporate MICE Sales, what kind of groups you are handling recently?
Chris Negron: Normally, most of our hotels and resorts are incentive. We offer a unique range of gastronomic and leisure offerings for adults and children alike. We are also featuring a wide range of wellness & spa services and the excellent family care provided by the Bahia Principe hospitality team. Here people can enjoy beautiful landscape or enjoy Hawaiian beach party, play golf and dramatic dinners here.
Travel And Tour World: What is the number you can handle easily?
Chris Negron: We handle both small and group incentive groups. Previously, we hold the incentive travel groups from 60 to 200. Our establishments (boutique hotels and resorts for VIP clients) are the perfect option for those who wish to live a vacation experience at its fullest.
Travel And Tour World: Can you tell us about your future bookings?
Chris Negron: We have many booking in pipeline. We will host Samsung Convention, which will be a great challenge to us. Their number of delegated will be 300. They will use most of the advanced technologies from Italy to Mexico.

Chris Negron: Yes for sure. We are offering luxurious treatment and special amenities with each of our inclusive wedding packages. Chris Negron: Canada, European countries like UK and American market are most important to us.

Chris Negron: It is one of the most important shows to us. It is an international tourism trade fair which has become one of the biggest tourism fairs worldwide and the no. 1 on the Iberian Peninsula. Here we generally target foreign independent tours, incentive travels and luxury tour operators.
