Downtown Hollywood is ready to welcome its very first hotel since 1969.
The brand new CRC Hotel would be based close to Young Circle and is expected to open in early 2018 as per a press release. This 12-story hotel would be featuring a rooftop bar, Italian restaurant, pool deck, fitness center and other facilities.
The last hotel that was constructed in downtown Hollywood was the Ramada Inn.
It was finalized about 50 years ago, as per the records of Broward County Property Appraiser.
Each of the 11 rooms and suites at the Circ Hotel would be furnished with a seating arena, wet bar, 55-inch television and bath with rainshower. Some rooms would also include balconies as per the news release. Introductory rates begin at $189 per night.
This hotel is based at a short distance away from the heart of downtown Hollywood that represents a colorful hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques.
The CIRC is directly across from the ArtsPark at Young Circle.
It features an amphitheater for concerts and also an arts pavilion that offers jewellery making, glass blowing, and painting classes. Kara Lundgren who is the general manager of CIRC Hotel mentioned in a statement that CIRC Hotel had been designed to portray the unique, cultural persona of downtown Hollywood.
An exact opening date is yet to be announced.
But, a certain news media reports that the CITC hotel and corresponding restaurant would be opening in early February.
