Dream Hotel Group has revealed its plans to debut a brand new hotel in Nevada, Las Vegas. The renowned luxury hotel and brand management organization has signed a deal with local developers Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments to launch their flagship brand, for the first time in Las Vegas. This deal would mark the beginning of a new chapter in the ever-growing hotel chain Dream Hotels.
The new Dream Hotel property in Las Vegas will feature a grand accommodation facility with nearly 450 elegant and stylish, well-furnished guest rooms and suites. The hotel will offer seven vibrant dining and nightlife venues. It would also include a rooftop bar, lounge and pool deck, two additional bars and lounge on the gaming floor, a street-level grab-and-go café and three separate feature restaurants. In addition, the hotel would also have 12,000 square feet private meeting area and event space. Other facilities like fitness centre, a full-service spa and on-site parking will also be available.
Located at the centre of the popular Las Vegas Blvd., the property would be one of the first visible hotels from the iconic ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign. While national general contractor McCarthy Building Companies work on the architecture, the responsibility of the designing has been undertaken by global architectural firm DLR Group.
The luxury hotel tower will go all the way up to 21 stories and have a unique architectural design. The principal front of the hotel will feature luminous glass and metal design alongside other stylized details like round-edged corners. Besides, it would also have humongous windows and highly spacious double-height terraces.
All set to launch in 2023, the construction of Dream Hotel Las Vegas will begin as early as 2021.
