Dubai remains the most attractive destination for Indians

Dubai remains the most favorite destination for Indians in general and Keralites in particular when they think of a foreign tour. Statistics show that 5,64,836 Indians visited Dubai till April this year. Indians are attracted to Dubai for an array of factors: close proximity to India, low costs of travel and stay, world-class facilities and infrastructure, safe and secure environment as well as availability of Indian cuisine among other factors.

Dubai also has a variety of theme parks, water parks, joyrides, beaches among others to attract tourists.

The Dubai Tourism Department has a significant presence in the tourism promotion fairs organized in India. Indians working in Europe and Africa also visit Dubai for shopping while traveling to and from India.
