Duetto adds new advanced features to its hotel revenue pricing application

Cloud-based hotel revenue management software and revenue strategy solutions Duetto recently introduced multiple new features to its GameChanger pricing application. The application was initially launched to allow revenue teams to yield unlimited segments, channels, and room types in real-time. It consists of an AutoPilot feature that enables hotels to automatically optimise rates within their own, unique pricing guidelines.


The two newly established features have been developed to enable revenue leaders to centralise control over their revenue strategy. They can now perform the action while they continue to empower properties with pricing flexibility for their localised strategy. The features namely, Enterprise Rate Guidelines and Min/Max bounds, have been specifically built-in light of the coronavirus crisis and the struggle of the hotel industry to deal with low occupancy rates over the past few months. The features will help to answer the needs of hoteliers who are waiting to re-open their properties and resuming their business.


The latest features have been designed by and for hoteliers and are offered free of charge to all GameChanger subscribers. The Enterprise Rate Guidelines enable revenue teams to set scalable strategies and roll them out across regions or entire brand portfolios in minutes. The flexible setup also allows revenue leaders to create guidelines by brand, property type, or region. Users can also change, add, or remove guidelines at any time according to their convenience. Meanwhile, the Min/Max bounds would help revenue leaders control and safeguard automated price optimization. In addition, the data delivered by the program would enable hoteliers to understand the true parameters of their pricing strategy.


The two new features would also enable teams to optimise with the help of controlled automation. This controlled automation would give senior revenue teams certain control over rates while they set pricing guidelines related to the brand, property type, and region. It would also empower revenue managers to make adjustments within the parameters based on years of experience in the field of work. David Wollenberg, CEO, Duetto said in a statement that many revenue teams will have to do more with less after hotels start rebounding post the coronavirus pandemic. He informed that the GameChanger features will improve efficiencies, streamline the decision process, and enable hotel companies to implement new strategies across their portfolio in a matter of minutes.
