Favorite

The thali is a representation of India’s culinary map on a plate. Starting with the quintessential rice dish in the centre, there is an array of bowls with the most delicious curries, gravies and fries, along with condiments to dial up the flavours a few notches. There are delectable sweets as a customary ending to this soul satisfying meal experience, of course.

Chefs of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru have been curating the Utsav Thali for all major festivals, the most awaited culinary treat of the season. Utsav means festival and this thali lives up to its name in terms of celebratory grandeur.

Here are some items to look forward to:

Lasooni murgh tikka, prawn ghee roast, Manglorean kori gassi, Dehlvi gosht nehari, specially slow-cooked lamb, Goan fish curry and a flavoursome Alleppey prawn curry for meat and seafood lovers
Vegetarians have a special spread of zaituni paneer tikka, kaju kismis aur mutter ki kachori with aloo dum, Dehlvi dahi gujjiya, dalimbi usal, palak mangodi ki subzi, ajwaini soya chaap and Thalasseri vegetable biryani
The suite of delectable sweet treats includes angoori rasmalai, dry fruit mawa gujiya and a truly decadent anjeer aur badam ka halwa.

Served for lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy these fresh classics from the regions, artfully presented by the culinary team.
