Since Four Seasons Hotel Madrid opened its doors on September 25, 2020, El Patio has become an attraction to enjoy a gastronomic choice now expanded to meet the demands of the most pleasure-seeking palates at any time of the day.

The main hall of the former Banco Español de Crédito has now become the new destination for foodies looking to enjoy a flexible and relaxed menu in a vibrant atmosphere, reflecting the urban lifestyle that has always made the Spanish capital a special city.

From mid-morning both locals and Hotel guests can enjoy the emblematic breakfast that precedes one of the most cherished and respected traditions in Spain, ”la hora del vermut” (vermouth time). Four Seasons Hotel Madrid serves vermouth directly – like all the best vermouths – from an exclusive custom-made traditional sherry cask, the first of its kind made since the 1960s.

The experience continues with dishes designed for sharing, highlighting the quality of its products and the Spanish gastronomy. Yurrita anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, a selection of Spanish cheeses, or the Four Seasons version of the classic pork rind with roasted tomato sauce are some of the new entries on the expanded El Patio menu, created by Chef Mario Sánchez. The final touch, to awaken the five senses, is the display in the lobby showcasing the creativity of Carles Codina, the renowned pastry chef.

Following on from its success at Christmas, Afternoon Tea has returned at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. This tradition is designed to delight local patrons, and will be served Thursday to Sunday, from 3:00 pm, until last orders at 5:30 pm to share a perfect experience in the best of company. EUR 39 with a hot beverage included.

The cocktail selection is another great attraction of El Patio, committed to creating elegant and sophisticated cocktails that become the perfect excuse for a toast at any time of the day. Enjoy this new temple to mixology with the renowned bartender Miguel Pérez at the head of a team ready to conquer the capital city with its “Vidas Cruzadas” menu, inspired by iconic characters of the capital who at some point saw their lives intersect in this emblematic place. El Chulapo or El Barquillero are the names of just two of the cocktails guests will encounter in this local and authentic cocktail bar.
