Millions of Brits flock to airports, including Heathrow, to travel to different countries for their breakaway every year but are we able to travel to the highest hit nations?
COVID data expert Tim White released data about Europe’s ten most coronavirus infected nations on Saturday (January 1).
Hospital trust toughens up visitor rules and warns some won’t be able to enter.
He stated that for the top 10s, it all depends on number of positive tests.
So countries like #Denmark #UK and #Cyprus with mass testing, look far worse than countries with poor testing such as Germany, Poland, Ukraine.
He listed the countries with the current seven-day average coronavirus infection rate, measured in average daily cases per million:
Andorra 3,212
Denmark 2,834
San Marino 2,832
Cyprus 2,813
Ireland 2,802
Malta 2,493
UK 2,194
France 2,165
Greece 2,011
Spain 1,762
Around 150,000 Brits travel to Andorra every year and anyone going there needs to transit through France or Spain.
