Explore Vancouver Island with Evo’s New Round-Trip Service at Nanaimo Terminal

BCAA’s Evo Car Share has introduced a new service, Evo Return, which offers round-trip car sharing from the Nanaimo Hullo ferry terminal. This service allows those traveling to Vancouver Island for business or leisure to pre-book an Evo vehicle through the Evo app up to 30 days in advance, ensuring availability upon arrival. Customers can book for a minimum of one hour at competitive, all-inclusive rates and utilize designated parking spots at the Nanaimo Hullo terminal. Currently, there are two Evo Return vehicles available for booking, with plans to expand based on user demand.

Additionally, BCAA has launched the Evolve E-Bike Share in Nanaimo, which is accessible via the same app. This service features 16 parking zones throughout the city, allowing users to locate and unlock e-bikes by scanning a QR code on each bike. Helmets are provided in the bike baskets for safety. Pricing options include per-minute charges of $0.35, hourly rates of $12.99, or a monthly subscription of $9.99, which reduces the per-minute cost to $0.10.
