Always at the forefront of innovation, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul launches an eShop showcasing its award-winning food. Making dining at home or on-the-go easy and enjoyable, food lovers can choose from a range of options on the website – including cakes, pastries, dosirak boxes and even a full meal kit from the Hotel’s award-winning restaurants – before collecting at their convenience. It’s also a great way to guarantee availability of the Hotel’s most popular, often-sold-out specials, from bourdaloue pear tart to a full-blown BBQ feast.

“2020 became the year we all got used to dining at home,” comments Sebastien Ganry, Director of Food and Beverage, “and we wanted to help foodies give their evenings in, or lunches on the go, a bit of Four Seasons flair. From meals prepared by our expert chefs to beautiful artisan cakes, we’ve made it as easy as possible to order and pick up a little magic to share.”


The most extravagant eShop offering, BBQ to Go is a feast for four to six hungry stomachs. Available to order a minimum of 24 hours in advance, Whole Smoked Beef Brisket, BBQ Pork Ribs and Homemade Sausage are all expertly brined, cooked, and smoked, ready to be heated in the oven for a full-throttle barbecue at home. The meats come with a smorgasbord of sides: Corn on the Cob, Roast Potatoes, Coleslaw, House Pickles, Brioche Rolls, Chimichurri Sauce and more.

Stress-Free Healthy Lunches

A nourishing lunch can make all the difference during a busy day. Recognising that it’s not always easy to find time to prepare one, the Hotel is offering a range of freshly prepared dosirak boxes, with Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Western selections to choose from as well as Breakfast, Sandwich and Salad options.

Packed with vitamins and minerals, the boxes include healthy dishes such as King Oyster Mushrooms and Celery in Shallot Oil (Chinese), Grilled Halibut and Abalone with Teriyaki Sauce (Japanese), Smoked Salmon Salad (Western), Roasted Eel with Red Chili Paste Sauce (Korean) and Egg Frittata and Seasonal Fruits (Breakfast).

Artisan Cakes by Skilled Pastry Chefs

An exquisite range of cakes, pastries and breads from the Hotel’s patisserie, Confections, takes the stress out of party prep. Need to pick up an anniversary gift or a child’s birthday treat? From the pretty red Heart Beat and Earl Grey Chiffon Cake to the sweet Bear Cake and Seasonal Fruit Sponge Cake, each creation is lovingly handmade by the Hotel’s award-winning pastry chefs.

Breakfast on-the-go, a mid-morning treat, or an afternoon pick-me-up come in the form of freshly baked croissants, muffins, pastries, brownies and more – all easily orderable via the eShop for enjoyment at the office, back home, or in Confections’ new tree-shaded outdoor eating area, just beyond its revolving door.

Launching with these key Four Seasons Seoul take-away experiences, the Hotel is already looking forward to offering more delectable delights. eShoppers will soon be able to order a full range of meal kits from the Hotel’s award-winning restaurants, plus goodie-packed hampers to celebrate the Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) holiday season.
