The immersive Love, Art & Flowers event launches at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills this February, encouraging guests to surrender to the beautiful collaboration between art and flowers throughout the Hotel. Upon arriving, guests will be met with impressive floral displays by Artistic Director Jeff Leatham. His bold signature style has received worldwide acclaim with guests flocking from near and far to experience his creations.
“When planning the Love, Art & Flowers event, it was important to our team that the experience delighted each of the senses. Not only will guests see Camilla Engstrom’s special art installed in Culina curated by leading art dealer Afrodet Zuri, they will also smell Jeff Leatham’s floral displays when walking through the Hotel. Furthermore, guests will taste Chef Luca Moriconi’s art-inspired dishes in Culina, hear the shaking of specialty cocktails and music in Windows Lounge, and feel the therapist’s touch during the 1,000 Roses Facial at The Spa for a truly captivating experience,” says Michael Newcombe, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
Art by Camilla Engstrom will be displayed at Culina Restaurant showcasing the artist’s unique, colourful style. Swedish-born Camilla Engstrom is based in LA, and best known for her irreverent character Husa and exploring figurative expression through a lens of humour.
Ar- inspired culinary dishes by Chef Luca Moriconi will be available throughout the month of February 2020, including starters such as argumato with citrus segments, avocado, almond ricotta, faro and fennel; vittore composed of black angus carpaccio, cipriani sauce, arugula, celery and parmigiana reggiano; and rigiotto with carnaroli rice, pecorino toscano, saffron and beets. Creative entrée selections include a black and white crispy halibut with squi- infused batter, pickled shallots, seabeans and green peas; sea-paint food with a cannellini bean passata, roasted octopus, poached calamari, black mussels, cherry tomatoes and parsley; and pizza e fiore topped with squash blossoms, seasonal squashes, cashew cream, basil and taggiasca olives.
