If any of you are planning to travel in around the UAE in 2021, we would rather advise you to book your tickets in advance as the country is hoped to get a huge rush of tourists in the coming new year.

As per a recent research carried on by the global travel company, Kuoni, UAE has topped the list as the ‘world’s most searched destination for 2021’ among 11 countries.

The travel company considered Google’s global data from 131 countries along with the spokesperson commenting that all of the seven emirates including Abu Dhabi (which serves as the capital), Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain offer the ideal winter escape 2021.

“Each of the seven emirates has its own characteristics, but they’re all an excellent destination for some winter sun,” Kuoni said.

“Dubai has a futuristic style with soaring skyscrapers, epic shopping malls and long stretches of beach, Fujairah has some incredible snorkeling spots and Ras Al Khaimah draws beach lovers to its beautiful coastline.”

We agree completely to this study. Other top destinations that made the list include Egypt, Canada and the USA.

The global pandemic has had a considerable influence on the tourism of UAE with leisure travel only reinstated on July 7. However, many consider that the numerous unique activities on offer for will successfully attract many holidaymakers in next year.

“The success of the tourism sector in the UAE has been a model for many countries to follow. The UAE tops the list of the most attractive countries on the world map for tourism, due to the great infrastructure, array of entertainment offerings and its unparalleled tourism attractions,” Mamoun Hmedan, managing director for Mena and India, Wego, told Khaleej Times.
