The tourism ministry of Meghalaya is working hard on the main priority areas recognized with a important focus on digitalization, the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, M R Synrem, said at the time emphasizing the 5th ‘Digital Travel, Hospitality & Innovation Summit 2023’ of FICCI arranged on August 23 rd .

He said that the National Integrated Database of Hospitality Industry is one of the efforts of the tourism ministry towards Atmanirbhar Bharat by making use of technology to give power to their businesses.
