Four Seasons and Extell Development announce a luxury resort and residences in Deer Valley East Village, offering unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access and world-class amenities.

Leading luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons and renowned real estate developer Extell Development Company have announced an exciting new venture in Deer Valley East Village, set to be North America’s first new luxury alpine village in over four decades.

The upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley will offer an unparalleled combination of lavish accommodations, exceptional mountain experiences, and world-class service. This state-of-the-art development, designed by ODA Architecture, will feature 134 guest rooms and suites, alongside 123 luxurious private residences ranging from one to six bedrooms. The residences, spanning from 1,200 to 7,000 square feet (110 to 650 square meters), will offer residents the ultimate in comfort, with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Additionally, 55 of the residences will be located above the resort, while an adjacent building will house 68 exclusive owner-only units, ranging from one to five bedrooms, complete with their own private amenities.
