Coinciding with the festive season, the most exciting time of year for locals and visitors alike, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla will celebrate with an array of collaborations including partnerships with renowned experts in fitness, food and beverage, and entertainment. The Resort’s curated festive roster spans December 19, 2022 – January 2, 2023, and will introduce two new exciting programming initiatives.

Los Angeles based SoulCycle instructor Dalia Barrios, will bring her enthusiasm for movement and life to daily spin classes and private sessions from December 19, 1022 to January 2, 2023. Dalia is a certified personal trainer with 13 years of experience in the industry. After mastering various fitness modalities, she now teaches at elite LA fitness studios including SoulCycle and CLMBR, as well as instructing on the leading women’s fitness app, Tone It Up.

Additionally, Head Chef Theodore Karinos of Taverna 37 at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens Hotel will bring his culinary acumen to Anguilla from December 23, 2022 to January 1, 2023. The Resort proves an ideal canvas to share his passion for “freshness, nature, and tradition.” The menu has been meticulously curated and pays homage to chefs Grecian roots with tradition as a guiding force. The meal begins with traditional family style welcome appetizers. A solo main course may include the signature Moussaka 37, or a mouth watering mixed grilled meat platter with a choice of three items. The meal can be concluded on a sweet note with mosaiko, or orange pie.

With these additions, the Resort’s impressive lineup now includes:
