Earlier this year, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts unveiled the results of its multi-million dollar expansion at its Sharm El Sheikh property on the shores of the Sinai Peninsula.

Now, the luxury hotel group has announced plans to dramatically increase its Egypt portfolio, adding two brand-new hotels to its collection.

Slated to open in 2025, Four Seasons New Cairo Capital will be set within 460 acres of lush parkland in the sprawling Madinaty development – a leafy suburb outside the city constructed by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG).

The new hotel will feature 346 rooms and suites, a waterfront restaurant, bar, tennis court, fitness center and standalone spa with several private treatment rooms.

Legendary designer Pierre Yves-Rochon (whose previous projects include the Four Seasons in Paris, Megeve and Florence) is being brought in for the interiors.
